Im amazed to finally find this !! Thank you alot !!!!! I saw this back in the old days, and have had dreams about this movie along with the Lensman galactic patrol. Now I only need 2 more movies, one is about a girl who in one scene flying around drops bombs that makes every soldier a child. And another with Aladin, when hes running around on the roofs in the city. Another scene I remember is some in a tree which are golden.

God... this...takes me SO far back in time... 1997...Yeah, if 1997...Dunno about some of those "flying" cars, but still, man...last time i watched this I was only....Jeeze...6 or 7 I think...and that blasted theme song...That has randomly popped in my head all these years..i'm so sad , but THANK YOU for the upload!
