She is now fine and doesnt appear to have any heat cycle now.

The way this cat is acting isn't the way a cat in heat acts. This is the way most cats under the age of 5 will act when they are hyper, my cat is 3 months old and does crazy shit like this all the time. If the cat was in heat, it would be VERY VERY annoying, believe me. Moaning and groaning REAL loud to get any potential mate's attention, spraying all over your house, rubbing his/her privates on the walls and furniture, etc. Running around and sliding on the floor is just a hyper cat.

Intact females spray just as much, or more than un-nuetered males do. It is not only cruel, but not very sanitary to have intact cats, male or female in your house; they will piss everywhere. If you let this behavior goe on for long, even when/if you get them fixed, they will continue. There are so many stray cats, starving and diseased, that I can not imagine someone not fixing their animal; even if it is an outside animal.

Our cat is like this...we can't afford to get her fixed. She's been in heat for about 1-2 months now, about a week each time. But the noises she makes are the worst, gut wrenchingly nauseating. 18 hours a day of it and you start to get a bit snappy to say the least.
If you can't afford to get your kitty fixed, check with your local animal shelter or human society. A lot of the time, they will offer you financial assistance in getting your animals fixed. Or they will work with your vet to get you on a payment plan.

my cat also bites me my sister dont do a thing when her cat is in heat i mean she needs a mate and every night she keeps making these strange noises almost like a child is crying.

Our cat is like this...we can't afford to get her fixed. She's been in heat for about 1-2 months now, about a week each time. But the noises she makes are the worst, gut wrenchingly nauseating. 18 hours a day of it and you start to get a bit snappy to say the least.

If you can't afford to get your kitty fixed, check with your local animal shelter or human society. A lot of the time, they will offer you financial assistance in getting your animals fixed. Or they will work with your vet to get you on a payment plan.
