Killed by omophobic persons or tragic accident?

Everytime there are those pain immagines,i can't watch them,I put my hand over my eyes.

My sorrow is too much.

The death scene is gruesome but the one I don't watch is when Ennis takes the beating from the truck driver outside the bar. I think Ennis could have easily handled him or walked on and nothing would have happened but he seemed to anger the trucker just enough to make him want to give him a kicking a way for Ennis to punish himself after his confrontation with Alma.
