yes it was poor sportsmanship. i think it happened in the heat of the moment because the french guy kept pressing koga down which is a poor way to play. but really no excuse is good enough for kicking your opponent who is already on the mat.
Poor sportsmanship! GET REAL! Bouras had the power through training with steroids. Koga would have known this. He should have kicked him in the head

Great - of course Bourass later went on to train with Nandrilone and "beat" Koga a year later.

This French Guy looks strong and awkward - but that technique of Koga catches everyone defenceless.
It amazeses me every time I see it. Would like to know if I could have blocked it . Of course I couldn't have or I would be the legend
