The movie moon is actually on the moon. Real ufo's are able to be controled when coming through the atmosphere, but not capsuls cause capsuls don't have controls to land where they please. And the government want us to believe that the capsuls are ufo's so they can cover the real evidence that we have been to the moon since 1962. My favorite story (Other than his "Face on mars" mistake) Is the one where he claims an ordinary rock on the moon is actually a "Severed robot head"!
