Ok.. this is not something they dubbed to Spanish, the commercial is for a Spanish brand and it was originally made in that language. Hugh Laurie speaks Spanish (don't know how well, though), but the man who dubs him here also does House's voice in Spain, so they decided to keep it like that.

So no, there are no English versions of these commercials. They are so funny when you underestand them :D
