In fact, when i passed him, his chin was on his chest and he was about to hit the median. Luckily he pulled it back on the road. Anyways i called the WSP and they went out to look for this guy who was obviously a danger to himself and everyone around him on I-5.

WSP are world class pricks! Wife and I were in our C5 cruising back from having dinner with here sister when we got pulled over. Trooper gave me a ticket for tint being to dark, was 5% darker then allowed so he said and then proceeded to nail me with a $124 ticket. Never a ticket in over 30 years on the road and the dirty little bastard hit me with that. They are way overstaffed and outta control with citations. Guy pulled another car over right after we pulled away!
