This beautiful piece of music is entitled "Syriana Suite" and is a cover of a composition by Alexandre Desplat. I searched hard to find that out btw, as I too was quite moved by the performance.

Unfortunately I think it's a live reworking of "Down 3" from their album "Tired Sounds." So this song prob doesn't exist beyond this concert.. way too bad.

It does sound similar to material from Adam's "The Dead Texan" album.
