x*y = [10 - (10-x) - (10-y)] * 10 + (10-x)*(10-y)

این رابطه برای همه ارقام صدق می کنه حتی برای اعداد کمتر از 6.

نکته اینجاست که اگه اعداد کمتر از 6 انتخاب کنیم قسمت بعد از بعلاوه یعنی

(10-x)*(10-y) میشه ضرب بین اعداد بزرگتر از 5. یعنی دوباره کاری. آفرین به این پیرمرد باهوش

در هرصورت خیلی عالی بود.

ببین مثلا 7ضربدر8 رو میخوای بدونی. دو تا دست داری دیگه . دستاتو باز کن. یه دستت میشه مال عدد 7. یه دستتم مل عدد 8.

حالا 7 از 10 کم کنی میشه 3 تا. ستا انگشت یه دستتو ببند.

حالا 8 از 10 کم شه میشه 2 تا. حالا دو تا اونگشت اونیکی دستتو ببند.

کلا میمونه 5 تا انگشت روی دو تا دستت.

حالا 5 ضربدر 10 میشه 50 تا

اون انگشتاتمک که بسته بودو صربدر هم کن یعنی 2 ضربدر 3 میشه 6 تا

روهم میشه 56 تا

I am very familiar with this method because of my grandfather who went to the school during Reza Sah. He taught me when I was in third grade and I am still using this method.

He is using his fingers to do the multiply. In this method you are only able to multiply the numbers higher than 6. For example if you want to get the answer of 8x9=? By this method first you need to minus 10 of 18 and hold your 2 fingers of one hand (because the answer is 2), then minus 10 of 9 and hold 1 finger of another hand. Now first count the not holding fingers; you have 7 fingers up and then multiply the holding fingers 2x1=2 so the answer is 72. He speaks Farsi...
