I get the root from locally owned herbal stores and food co-ops. I assume it can be purcheased online. Be sure to get the root and not powder in capsules. Ideally, grow it! Perhaps the sources where I live will mail order. I don't know. Email me if you want me to check that out.:)
Fungus AND bacteria are found on the fibers. Use elecampane root tincture to kill bacteria. It KILLED MRSA 100% in lab study. How to make it: Get the highest alcohol possible. I use vodka.
