  • Homosexuals like to sodomize people of the same sex.

  • @saltheadd Lesbians don't sodomise, fool. Sheesh - now you see why it's important to teach gay issues at school.

  • @nicksum29 Lesbians do sodomize other women. Look up the word sodomize.

  • @saltheadd That is not the common law definition DWEEB. Study books far broader than the dictionary, I beg you.

  • @saltheadd And by the way, bisexuals sodomise people of the opposite sex, too. Sillyperson.

  • @nicksum29 so?

  • faggots are free to marry people of the opposite sex just like everyone else. they are also free to vote work and pay their taxes.. in fact the only thing faggots cant do is give blood because most of them are tainted!

  • Defense of Marriage Act is the short title of a federal law of the United States signed into law by President Bill Clinton on September 21, 1996, which is a federal law defining a marriage between a man and a women.

    .

In February, President Obama announced that he would not enforce this Act. He has taken another power grab for the Executive Branch by not following our Constitution, but choosing which laws to follow and which not to.

    .

Just imagine if he did that for Obamacare.

  • LGBT organizations in the UK should support the homosexual community in Iraq, both the government of the United Kingdom and United States of America and all human rights organizations of the world must ensure reliable protection for gays in Iraq. we need a law LGTB against discriminate in the arab country. Long life to homosexuals in free Iraq!

  • America is a continent darling ;D

  • Separation of church and state,

    enough said

  • BTW, if ol' Mags is so worried about preserving the "definition of marriage" for EVERYONE, why hasn't she launched a similar campaign in the UK, and other European countries? ;o) Let the wrest of the world get a taste of her!

  • I have never felt MORE Proud to be an Iowa than when we got gay marriage...*I* finally felt EQUAL! So, I absolutely know how that woman feels... BTW, did you know that Byard Rustin was a proud openly Gay man? Few black people know this.

Also, did you hear (and I'll have to try and find the facts for this) that in any area or state where NOM broadcasts their ads, hate-crimes against Gay men SKYROCKET!

  • I love being Gay!

  • I want to apologize to anyone that was hurt by comments sorry and plz forgive me. God bless

  • Keep your apologies.

As long as you with hold equality from I, and the universal LGBT community, your apologies are as empty as Christs Tomb.

I didn't like typing that becuase I know that you are being sincere in your regret of cuasing any offense, but its the simple reality of the sistuation.

Its like a nazi apologizing for all of the crimes committed against the Jewish race by the Third Reich, yet adding in that the Jews are still inferior human beings compared to the rest of humanity.

  • Comment removed

  • How can you compare me to a nazi? My comments weren't hateful at all not at all. I am not cause of your struggles. I am not in some anti-gay group nor do i protest against gays, i don't even vote so don't blame for some inequality that you feel u receive based on ur sexuality.

  • It was a metaphoric comparison; no offense intended. As you can imagine, as a gay man fighting for human equality I tend to get overly assertive and aggressive.... which one must be in this world as a gay sadly, but time will change that hopefully. Its the only way to push for change in such cultural climates, especially on youtube lol

Agreed. Calling you a nazi was going overboard :P I'm sorry.

I take the nazi comparison back.

    Kyrie Eleison & Be Blessed,

    Constantine

  • Exactly what inequalities do u face? I really don't know. Because being able to get married won't change em and its not a step towards equality. Do u believe in God? I am asking to lead to another question

  • :) Well I certianly wouldn't be a very good christian if I didn't believe in God... How could anyone NOT believe in God??

Well in Edmonton, its quite common for people to use the word "gay" in a very negative and hurtful fashion. Sexuality is a personel thing, and for people to mock it well... its just simply very offensive. In 98.5% of the city I wouldn't be able to walk down the street simply holding hands with my boyfriend without being harrassed, or worse...

If I had a sign or symbol-

  • And you think the harrassing will stop just like interracial couples sum ppl will never accept and u can't make em no matter how bad u want em too. I asked if u beleived in God bc sum homosexuals don't but want to get married, marriage is a union given to us by God and I just don't understand why homosexuals who don't even beleive in God want to get married. I don't know why ppl don't believe in God but there are millions that don't .

  • Some people won't, but that certainly doesn't mean that we are going to throw up our hands and just give up! Would you stop spreading the gospel just becuase you bump into some people that reject it? Of course not!

That said through our LGBT efforts the hate is slowly falling into the past to be forgotten. There will always be haters, but as long as THEY remain the minority and don't possesse the power to hurt the LGBT community I don't really care what they think.

  • - that would directly identify me as a homosexual, there is no doubt in my mind that I would get harrassed everyday pretty much everywhere, plus prob get a few fag bashings not to mention killed eventually... well probably not me lol I am actually a tall well built guy with lots of uncles and a bother along with gaelic and greek blood so I know how to fight.. so "I" wouldn't get much trouble but gays of a lesser bodily structure will.

  • Gays are basically the african americans living in the 1850s, but even then african americans were able to get married and had tremendous support from the compassionate in the Church.

  • Comment removed

  • What my ppl went through is nowhere near the hatred that you face. There are no exact laws against u that say bc ur gay u can't go to certain schools or have interracial relationships were there ever jim crow laws against gays?

  • No, but there might as well be. Do you think I'll be welcome at a Christian College or a Catholic Educational Institution? No. I would be required to remain silent.

There are laws that require the execution of homosexuals; such as in many islamic nations, like the Persia, Saudi Arabic, etc.

I didn't know you were african and I apologize, but I must push and ask.. did any of your ancestors have to face certain death when entering certain nations? Not that I know of.

  • Its funny u say that about the colleges. I go to a catholic univ. with openly gay students and no one says anything. Why would you want to go to a nation that doesn't want u there anyway. In Islamic nations not only do gays have to worry but so do americans.

  • Fine. Lets conduct a social experiment. Patch a "LGBT Rights" pin on your jacket for a day, and pretend to be a lesbian for a month. If you face on persecution it is obvious that I am being deluded and need a good dose of reality. Make sure to stop by a LGBT center and speak with the homeless LGBT kids.

Update me when the month is up.

  • Im not lesbian and i would never pretend to be sumtin im not. I just didn't want to start going back and forth like kids saying no i have it worse game that's childish but i understood what u were saying

  • You have kids? Why are you even on youtube?!! Mama-mia! :P

Go in peace and God be with you and many blessings be give upon your family.

    - Constantine

  • Im 22 wit no kids

  • whoops I misread one of your comments and thought you had children. Be glad your not greek lol =D

  • Let's not get into a comparison game about who has it worse bc I have to do that everytime i speak about my ppls tribulations in America. I am not one to whine so lets just end that convo now.

  • Maybe God should turn YOU into a homosexual! Its so easy to say "I understand that I will be considered judgemental and hateful", but do you truly comprehend WHY we would think that?

You can never imagine what we had and still have to suffer! Imagine being a small child burderned with this sexual orientation! A monster within you! All alone living with this "disease" thinking that you are only one with it! I remember crying in my bed thinking about suicide when I was just five years old! Why?

  • Comment removed

  • Homosexuals are protesting in front of churches to show you all that when you push we'll push back. There is nothing wrong with homosexuality, nor is it a sin in any way or form.

  • - Becuase of people like YOU!

At church I learned that sodomites were an abomination and were damned to hell! Do you have any, ANY idea how scary and painful it is to hear that? To make matters worse your scared enough in the world of the living where everyone hates gays! But to hear that there would be no release from this in the world to come! I was lucky... I held the pills in my small hands that could of ended my pain, but I loved my family too much to make them suffer for my sake!

  • God taught us to "Love thy neighbor as thyself". Apparently the anti-gay marriage activists have FORGOTTEN that quote in the Bible.

  • The only condemnation found of homosexuality is from the letters of the apostle Paul ( a man not god), and the book of laws that only applies to the old jewish now obselete priesthood in the old covenant.

People like you are encouraging others to persecute a minority an minority which according to some nations deserve death. Is that what you want? Or would you rather have us live lies? To never be honest?

  • Comment removed

  • Are you a woman? According to the Bible you MUST cover your head when you pray, yet do you? Do you see a bunch of homosexuals protesting in front of your church for refusing to obey the Lord Almightys Will that all women are to cover their heads while in prayer?

To say that God condemns us, is no different then to say that God condemns coloured people as a sin.

Forgive me if I am being overly assertive but you no possible idea of how emotionally painful it is to be gay in a straight world!

  • Get real I never chose once in my life to be a homo. Did you wake up today and choose to be black? Hell no you did not and I never chose to be gay. Why would I have chose to be made fun of, have no rights, I mean get real why would anyone choose that. If you honestly think someone chooses to be put through that, look I have to defend myself. Why would I choose that , you are stupid if you think I chose this. I was born like this like every other person. As it was proven that it is genetic

  • What on earth does an ancient work of fiction have to do with basic civil rights in America?

More to the point, whether or not you subscribe to what is written in the bible, nowhere within does it state that homosexuals aren't entitled to equal rights. Furthermore, if you look at a direct translation of ancient biblical texts, you'll find that the perversion of Sodom and Gomorrah was not stated as homosexuality. It's easy to preach when you haven't bothered to do your own research.

  • O my god, yea that is why I cannot have insurance with my partner, why if he were to pass away, I would probably not get anything because I am gay. Bible does not matter-that was written by man, not the law nor God nor Jesus.

YOu do not need research, they do not sit there and say well the bible says we can have equality, so we have it--Wake up

  • Ah, you're taking my comment out of context; 'thelamb777' seems to think that the bible slams us for being gay - it doesn't, at least not in the old testament. All I was saying is that if people are going to quote the bible, at least get the facts right - it's so easy to make up bullshit and have idiots buy in. I totally agree with your take on equality; it's a basic, secular right that has bugger all to do with religion. I hope these lawyers Olson & Boies can do something to help us both out.

  • The bible is a mix between a collection of historical texts and directions from our Creator. Some people tend to mix in the history with the directions, such as people whom believe that homosexuality is a sin.

  • What would you know of the bible? Tell me, who compiled all sacred documents into the biblia??

  • I'm Christian and I belive in God and read the Bible. And what I really can't stand about it is how much it puts down homosexuals. Hell if they aren't neccesarily attracted to the opposite sex! They're still people.

  • And daughters could be sold into slavery , servants could be offered up to be raped and killed by their masters and road kill sold as food as long as it was to a foreigner.

Which might explain why the founding fathers opposed a theocracy.

I presume your intent was not to convert anyone to conservative christianity? Since reminding people that the fundy God is a sociopath has the opposite effect.

  • Just to clue you in... we do not live in a theocracy and another person's life and rights should not be run by your personal beliefs.

  • I don't believe in a theocracy either...God says to keep government and religion SEPARATE...But what I do believe in is common SENSE ! and the right to protect humanity from it's own destruction...=P...

  • yes well if your going to say that you believe church and state should be separate you should not use the bible to argue a legal standpoint. you are contradicting yourself.

  • Gay rights = human rights. If we are all to be equal before the law, then we must all share the same civil liberties. Until that day, heterosexuals are more equal than others and are receiving preferential treatment before the law. Great video!

  • Actually the do not. DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act) was put in place and it says that where gay marriage is concerned each state can decide if they will recognize it or not.

    MARRIAGE EQUALITY FOR ALL!

  • Well said and well put. Such a shame that these laws are not federally mandated. Come to the UK and get hitched here, then they have to recognise it :)

  • Canada is closer ;} Gay marriage was recognized federally, on the basis of the Canadian Bill of Rights, in 2005. The religious kicked up a fuss briefly. Society did not fall apart, so the fundamentalists shut up.

Part of the fuss in the US seems to be motivated by greed. Fairness might cost a few extra tax bucks a year.

I think that the US will have a critical mass effect. Once enough states have recognized SSM, then the rest will quietly follow suit and stop looking like bigots.
