while you play alot of the faster sections it seems that your legs dont move at all i see this with alot of drummers that play the faster styles how are you playing so fast but with such minimal leg movement its always puzzled me and isone reason triggers are always brought up. but yeah is it heel toe or what

He uses the swivel technique, and uses basically all ankle motion, which makes it possible to barely move his knees at all, and mostly side to side rather than up and down. It also allows him to play with much less effort than most drummers who use a lot of leg motion. Welcome to the life of George Kollias, where drumming is easy no matter what tempo it's at. haha
