@betover68 :)) I understand where you are coming from- afroamericans voices are naturally more powerfull so there is no chance to sing clearer or more meaningful than roberta would. However sometimes its good to give a chance to modern versions of old songs, especially for white young male like Matt to try and hit high notes, and still keep magical poetic way of leeding the song. I think hes voice sounds well with slow melancholic music and fashion doesnt really matter much in that case :))

One of my fav songs of all time, sang with so much passion! Matts storys about his connection to this song that made the performance saturated with matts emotion and passion! A fantastic performance, one to go down in folk law as one, if not the best performances on the x factor. Just like leona lewis's version of snow patrols run! Amazing and brilliant! matt to win in my opinion.
