Alright, you guys are absolute morons, all of the comments here are just ridiculous.
Some of us have never bowled before, so in the beginning this is all new and intimidating. I appreciate every effort he put into explaining every little detail, and yes, including the part where I don't have to do anything. You arrogant, useless fucks are probably only good at bowling; you at everything else in life. Senseless buffoons.
Gee Mr. Expert you forgot one little but very important detail about your video..This only works with the AMF Accuscore and Accuscore plus systems and not any other systems to which today there are close to 150 of them on the market. Also that scorer was at a high point back in 1991 and there are very few of these operating in centers today as most of them have upgraded to newer and faster systems. Oh and the programming instructions are printed right on the console so why do we need this video?
"You don't have to do anything" No shit. And you don't have to give "expert" advice on how not to do it.

By everybody, he means "Mom". It's no wonder he thinks his advice is useful. Thanks, Mom.

ExpertVillage has officially hit an all-time low. I'm now absolutely certain, beyond all reason and doubt, that these videos are the #1 reason for baldness because I'm tearing my hair out right now.

I might actually cry for all of humanity, knowing that some people actually find this helpful.
Did this guy say after you start it just bowl you do nothing? What about the zillion times AMF Accuscore fu..ks up and you have to correct it? Did you notice the first players scores the 3 x's for strikes but the first 2 were red and the last one blue? Either the scorer was set in a no tap game mode or those strikes were manually entered or the Accuscore fu--ked up the pinfall detection and you have to manually change it. So yes someone should tell this guy there is more to do than just nothing!
mmmtrifle, i work at a bowling alley. You dont necessarily pay before bowling. each alley is different. Where i work, the rate is hourly, so you pay after you bowl (we keep an I.D. for collateral), however, we have specials sometimes for $10 a person, in which case the bowler would pay upfront, before bowling.
I like how they only teach you how to use AccuScore. What if you are bowling at a center that has a different scoring system? And they don't even teach any of the useful things like score corrections, re-racking, or entering a blind.
They don't all use the same one. At my alley there's a tv screen connected to the key pad like the one on the video. I've also seen the keyboard on a tablet but it looks completely different than that one.
how long can bowler 1's name be??

1. you dont NEED to know how to use it.
2. there are different styles of computers, eg. layout, ways of using it.
3. why doe this guy presume we cant tell when its our go
4. you have to pay before you bowl, so you can go and get your bowling shoes (for those who dont have their own)
5. This guy is a FAG !!!

The bowling alley in my area doesn't use computers, we use score sheets and do the scoring ourselves!

there's alot of ppl in my town who like to have lots of fun and get a little drunk when we bowl. So, the computers are a good thing haha.
