Time for yourself is good and sometimes much needed, (hence why we have vacations) but too much will fuck you over big time in the long run. 2cents :)
I know exactly what you mean. When I stopped working, I think I actually started working harder than I did when I was drawing a paycheck. I too have trouble saying no to a friend.
I know it is funny how we get our selves doing so much stuff. I am glad I have learned this lesson because it makes the time so much more enjoyable. Thank you for your comment.
