300 had two trailers (actually 3, but these are the main ones). They are two different trailers (you can tell just from the length). Teasers come out earlier and are usually 1:30-2:00. They often contain deleted scenes and unfished effects as they are ussually cut from dailles (all availbale film footage). Theatrical trailers are usually 2:30 and come out later. They are cut from the final film or a rough cut of it. Hope that answers your question.
