sometimes short changes do that sound when they have that water attack. SOMETIMES. also an sos, when they put the sprinkle stuff on the cogs they also make that sound. its a funny sound. :)

@ToonTownIdol321 probably 3 reasons: 1: they were in a rush so they had to do the same street (levels 3-6) and 2: They probably dont care about their opera because they dont use it very much or 3: They grow opera trees.
