Man, my pop would take me to the news stand on Van Nuys for comic books and then we hit the liquor store for ice cream and this stuff. I ate it by the pallet-full. I had the best sugar high in 5 counties every friday night. Those were the days. And Wil Wrights on the corner as well, for those goofy little cookies that were so oxcellant.

I found it the other day and was so excited. I hadn't had it in 40 years and have been trying to find it recently. I thought the company was out of biz, but apparently not. The wrapper even looks the same.

i had one last week , just the same as in the 1960's . It was a big event, i had to show the family how we used to smack it into pieces . i haven't had one in 45 to 50 years , brings back great memories of 1950's 60's childhood. And it really does taste the same. Thanks Bonomo for making us babyboomers happy .

I happened to be at a Dollar Tree store yesterday when I found a bar of chocolate Turkish Taffy by Bonomo. I just had to have it; only had to pay a dollar for it; got it home, put it my freezer overnight, and I remember just giving it a smack and it breaks up into little pieces. Memory Lane is one of my favorite places to be as I feel like it's the '50's and '60's all over again.

TO; The BONOMO CO. When is Bonomo Turkish Taffy going to be sold in stores like Walmart or Target, all i see now is online stores or ebay selling Bonomo. And thanks so much for bringing back our bONOMO we had as kids in the 1950's and 60's .
