Maile Flanagan reminds me a lot of a male Josh Mostel! He's the fat, big-nosed, nerdy guy you see in some of the Adam Sandler comedies. He was also in THE CHASE (which, coincidentally enough, featured Kristy Swanson!) and in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR as a singing and dancing King Herod!
