@sultanpuppy26 Normally you get a little hand drill, that can be obtained from a local hobby store. Then you use a very small drill bit to make a hole in the models foot. then insert a wire after putting glue on the wire to hold it in place.

Just use water based "Milliput" if you´re so nervous about ruining the plastic parts, it´s also great for making "Zimmerit" coatings on panzers! :-)

It's Tamiya putty. I used it for zimmeritt for my Panzers.

His technique :

He uses the putty which is a little dried and hard to fill up the gap and make rough shape.

Then he extends putty by the brush which is soaked with thinner and fix the shape of clothes.

Acetone, to thin the putty
