"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once."
This means that if the president can't fill out his term like Nixon or Kennedy. Their vice president can't run for a reelection if they hold their preceders office for more than 2 years whitout an election.
So if some accident would have happend to president Bush after 2007 january Cheney would have the chance to be president for 10 years which is not a very likey scenario....

Its actually named the Megyeri Bridge. Hungarians were never going to name a bridge after Stephen Colbert, you can't put a pricetag on dignity.

I think they stopped considering the open poll as a possibility when it stopped being about actual Hungarian figures and started being about late night American cable personalities.

I makes some sence it was only about advocation. The governement had not take this voting too serious, (it wasn't limited how many times did you vot and etc.) and that's why a part of the hungarian internet useing subculture's sarcastic reaction was to heck the server and make a voting machine and make Chuck Norris number 1.

This damn near hypnotized me. I clicked the link and this electro-new-age-floydish stuff starts crawling out of my speakers while riverscapes appear all fuzzy and nice with a bridge phazing in and out. All I needed was some lasers and it would have been a Friday night in the late eighties at the Laser Floyd show at the Science Center...

They didn't say the winner will be the name. It's just a way to recommend names. You can read the rule, but just in Hungarian.

If that happens, perhaps my beloved country's minister of transportation, a certain Mr Janos Koka, who invented this voting where any silly idea counts and mass voting is apparently not problem, should perhaps resign. If that happens, this joke will have actually served a noble cause.

Well I don't have any programming skills so I'm not a nerd. And I love the Colbert report, it's just that the joke is getting old, and since the votes don't even count it is useless as well. Only reason to use vote-a-trons and the likes is if you hate Hungarian bridges for some reason.
