  • Thanks, just what I needed!

  • Type cmd-C to copy the thumbnails. Switch over to your target document and click on View > Show Pages Thumbnails. Click on a thumbnail to produce the yellow box. Type cmd-V to paste in the source document. Repeat these steps for each of the source documents. Notice that you can reorder them in the target document by moving around the thumbnails.

  • @varmintcong Wow! Thank you for doing this! I really appreciate how you have added value to this video.

  • There's a way to do it, and it's actually pretty simple.

Let's say you want to combine Documents B, C, and D ( the source documents) into Document A (the target document). Starting with the first source document, click on View > Show Page Thumbnails. I'm guessing that your entire document is one long section. You'll know this by clicking on a thumbnail and seeing a single yellow box around all your pages.

  • question: how do you then extend this so you have a 10 page document, with 40 storyboards? i can't seem to figure out how to make more of these pages and preserve the custom formatting.

    thanks!
