If he was lip syncing then there would be no point in him taking a breath during the performance i.e him pulling the mic away. He spits over the tracks so it sounds like he is lip syncing. There is no benefit for a rapper to lip sync. Watch more live performances and watch his throat and you can clearly see he doesn't lip sync.
