I'm an atheist (living in Europe) and I hate Islam, just like I disapprove of all organized religions - except for perhaps Buddhism, but Buddhism is more of a philosophy than a religion.
Nowadays I probably hate Islam MORE than any other religion, but that's because right now Islam is a bigger pain in the ass than any other religion.
I'd say that generally the amount of dislike an atheist feels for a religion is directly proportional to how actively the said religion is shoved in their faces.
