*sigh*...you know, it's funny how people feel so entitled to criticise things they don't even know about. R&B? well, it was made an R&B ballad (a great one, btw) by the great Maxwell. But Maxwell's is a version of a Kate Bush ballad which, in its original form, is hardly R&B, and would see itself very welcomely benefitted from this choir version.

Whatever the case, so much of R&B & Black music have drawn from Gospel and such...and it's clearly not rite music, but rather an acapella rework.
