It was a great to meet this man and receive his message. He offered me a tiny peek of experiencing yoga for the first time. His focus centered from a perspective of support. He shared ways which one can provided support and created the opportunity and thinking, that it is essential for one to allow themselves to receive support. Huge eye opener! Thank you, Matthew!
I am a yoga teacher with a special interest in bringing yoga to the underserved community of those with physical disabilities. Matthew's book and insights were indespensible to understanding and helping others access an energetic connection to a body that they cannot feel physically.
Mathew's book is so inspiring and enlightening. As an able bodied person who has been doing yoga for 12 years, I can definitely see the benefits of yoga for people of all abilities. Way to go Mathew...

Matt's work is very positive and enlighting. People who have experienced major trauma are all to often told what they can't do.
I too have had experiences and many difficult places by sheer will and determination.
My TBI in 1987 left me w/many challenges. Our life stories have successful, positive endings as long as we never give up.

cool - it's good to see the recuperative side of yoga rather than the 'fashion' side of it

Matthew, I am so glad your mom couldn't let you go years ago and you are here, helping, living a real life!
I have a spinal cord injury from a surgery, I can walk but I have very bad nerve damage, I want to learn yoga, for my mind to ease my pain.
Thank you for you!
