@heirdt don't be so dumb, if we are talking in english is because we don't speak russian, is not any insult to Russian...and the guy cannot read cirillic alphabet so i putted it in the "equivalent" to the sound... I speak spanish like native language, and I like Russian SO MUCH and I have learned few words and the alphabet... but in my country is not common to learn it...I want ...but I must investigate...

Sí gracias por el dato, bueno tienes una gran ventaja y es que en Europa deben haber más centros de enseñanza de ruso...aquí no hay uno oficial, abrieron uno en un centro privado y ya daban en la Universidad de Costa Rica pero solo básico...creo que la URSS tuvo un Centro Cultural en la Guerra Fría pero como que Rusia se olvidó de nosotros :(

Yeah, I'm Russian. I was born in Russia, then moved to Ukraine, and since 2000 I've lived in America. Honestly, I can't say that I am a huge fan of either Polina or Maksim. There's a couple songs from each singer that I absolutely love (this song being one of them, which I first heard on Fabrica Zvezd 7). Still though, I am not really that into them, especially Maksim. I got anything against them. It's just that I would prefer to listen to someone like Valeriy Meladze or others I really like.

I love his voice. I've actually just been to his concert on April 8, 2008. He came to a city close to where I live. Also, I think it's kind of funny that I'm Russian/Ukrainian and you're Polish, yet we both communicate in English. I mean, English is sort of an international language, but still, it's pretty fascinating. By the way, your English skills are very good.

I know some people in America whom I've shown the Russian alphabet that also said the letters are weird, but that's just normal considering you haven't been raised there. I actually went to school in Ukraine and I've never studied Russian, but at home right now I speak it all the time, which means I'm kind of forgetting Ukrainian. My family is a mixture of both Russians and Ukrainians. But I think my grandpa had some relatives that lived in Poland. I'm not sure though.

As for you taking Russian lessons a long time ago, I totally understand. I took Spanish for 3 years in high school and even though it's only been over a year, I am having a hard time remembering much, especially to actually talk. Reading is much easier though. It kind of sucks though, but I should have practiced the language more to remember it.
