Wow, this may be the only video I have ever seen on YouTube where the user actually has the balls to admit that he wasn't doing as well as he first thought he was.
@mikeyburger1 I'd say you're doing allright for someone who's never trained with it before, but in order to improve you'd have to step it back to a level you can do for 10-15 reps (full) and work that up day by day. its getting that last 5mm or so that all the strength is really.
Thankyou. I am an olympic lifter though, so its helped a little :P
Yea, thats what I'm up to at the moment. Haha yea I noticed - get really close but can't quite close it. Ps. I found a calculator for a formula for the strengths of this (obv. depends where you grip it)
@mikeyburger1 I personally use a chart that I found at the Fractional Plates Website (can't remember the URL) but really the only merit in those is relative to each other and to know what's harder than what. Anyway, enjoy
@Mannypacquia0 Yeah, as you can see in the video description I realise that. Just didn't feel like taking it down because not many people I know can do that even with the bracing hand.
Nathan Holle did 12-10-8, any idea how much is it?

@czoraa21
Not according to the Ivanko website. They show pictures of using it both ways. But I guess you know better than the people who make the thing.
