  • Nice work! Its simple!

  • @slim90805

  • You took the governor arm off, did you also open the engine to take the internals out?

  • @Scootertuner1000

yea, i was running it up with 18lb springs in the 5500 rpm range, no billet aftermarket parts.

  • @pele80015 I did the same thing. I put the engine in an old CZ trail bike. With a Torque a verter it pulled an easy 60mph (12 front sprocket, 60 rear 420 chain, 18" rear wheel. Went really well. Never had a problem with anything breaking.

  • lush engine man

  • @kadsjr

lots of fun playing with these engines, thanks.

  • u actually dont need a return spring on the throttle. just back the nut that holds that throttle arm out a little bit so that it moves easely and so that the arm doesnt wiggle.

  • @balak121

i wanted a full positive throttle response. It worked well even when the motor was setup belt driven.

  • where did u buy the throttle setup. and how much. was it

  • @impossiable125

I pretty much used what was on the engine, but I added an extra spring and a little L bracket. I used two springs instead of one.

  • how well did it work 4 u im thinking about doing it

  • @savageflux

on gravity feed it worked great

  • @pele80015 r thees motors reliable on ur mini bike

  • @gaspowerrules

for the price very reliable. Can't go wrong.

  • @pele80015 ty i just bot 1 4 my mini bike

  • is your fuel system gravity fed i see u dont have a fuel pump

  • @savageflux

    at that time it was

  • @pele80015 how do you adjust the idle mixture on these motors?

  • @92rs25th

the idle is the black screw that rest against the arm that opens the butterfly. the screw acts like a stop. turn it in or out to adjust your idle. The air fuel mixture is the little screw with a black cap. If you want more help feel free to shoot me a pm.. Hope this helps.

  • is that the stock carb

  • @ATV11bbbbbbbbbbb

    it sure is

  • @ATV11bbbbbbbbbbb

Yes it's a stock carb that has been rejetted.

  • where did you get that air filter set up? i wanna put one on my mini bike im already getting a candy cane exhaust for it

  • @metalsnak6

can't remember, but most kart shops will have it.

  • there is a easer why to set it up

  • whatd you do with the choke lever when adding the air filter?

  • @FitRider420 take it off put it in my pocket and treat it as a key..Lots of guys drill and tap it, just use whatever screws you may have handy and be careful when you do it.

  • ahhh very nice. I like it !!!!
