@pele80015 I did the same thing. I put the engine in an old CZ trail bike. With a Torque a verter it pulled an easy 60mph (12 front sprocket, 60 rear 420 chain, 18" rear wheel. Went really well. Never had a problem with anything breaking.
u actually dont need a return spring on the throttle. just back the nut that holds that throttle arm out a little bit so that it moves easely and so that the arm doesnt wiggle.
the idle is the black screw that rest against the arm that opens the butterfly. the screw acts like a stop. turn it in or out to adjust your idle. The air fuel mixture is the little screw with a black cap. If you want more help feel free to shoot me a pm.. Hope this helps.
@FitRider420 take it off put it in my pocket and treat it as a key..Lots of guys drill and tap it, just use whatever screws you may have handy and be careful when you do it.
Nice work! Its simple!

i wanted a full positive throttle response. It worked well even when the motor was setup belt driven.

@impossiable125
I pretty much used what was on the engine, but I added an extra spring and a little L bracket. I used two springs instead of one.
