  • It wasn't mad for the PC, it was made for the Turbografx-CD, an add-on to the Turbografx-16. Rondo of Blood was also released almost everywhere but the US. The SNES version also has several major differences, which make it much worse when compared to the Turbografx-CD version.

  • @gordon17freeman

No, it was made for PCEngine and it was only released in Japan (look it up and explain to me why there's no translation or box art or anything for non-Japanese versions.) If you imported it for your trbgrfxsxtn in 1993 it would have been unplayable because they were region locked.

  • I was so amazed when I beat this boss. My first two attempts ended in failure, but after that I beat it without taking a single hit! I know that's not all that impressive, but it was my first time beating the boss in only three tries! Probably from all the hours I put into defeating the final boss in the original... damn that boss was a nightmare!

  • I have the Dracula X cartridge for SNES right in my hands. Suck it down.

  • @NeoGamemaster

So? That's not Rondo of Blood. There's a standalone Rondo of Blood application (the full original game for PCEngine) for Windows floating around out there, shouldn't be too hard to find so you can suck your own words down after discovering they're two completely different games and Dracula X for SNES is a pale shadow of Rondo of Blood, at best.

  • this song remmenber... HAVE AT YOU!!

  • PC-Engine

  • WHAT'S WRONG BELMONT? DON'T YOU HAVE MY PATTERN MEMORIZED BY NOW?

  • @eatdeadbunnies HYDROSTORM!!!

  • @KoruKinshi

    RED CROSS!!!

  • 36 people finished the game as maria

1 person died for selecting richter at final battle

  • Is it me or does anyone else wonder why Dracula wasted a perfectly good wineglass?

  • @ravenousking19 Eh, he probably has over 1 million of the same wineglass anyway.

  • snes port BEST

  • DIE EDWARD, YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE A VAMPIRE!

  • @LewizX90 it is not by my hand that I am given sparkles. I was made shiny by a Mormon wishing to write a vampire novel!

  • @TheBlueManChoo VAMPIRE NOVEL??? YOU STEAL TEENAGED GIRLS SOULS AND MAKE THEM YOUR FANBRATS!!!!!

  • @LewizX90 The same can be said about any tween sensation (like boy bands)

  • @Xpac555 But enough talk, HAVE AT YOU!

  • @TheBlueManChoo I don't know whether to applaud or cry...

  • man richter and his cheesy talks rule!

  • Die, monster. You don't belong in this world! It was not by my hand that I am once again given flesh. I was called here by humans who wished to pay me tribute. Tribute!?! You steal men's souls and make them your slaves! Perhaps the same could be said of all religions... Your words are as empty as your soul! Mankind ill needs a savior such as you! What is a man? *shatters wine glass* A miserable little pile of secrets. But enough talk... Have at you!

  • I don't know which theme of this I like better, either the SNES one or the PC Engine one. Both sound good! The SNES has more impact but this one has more eerie to it. If only both would combine, then it would be perfect! XD

  • Both versions are cool but this may have more eerie themes behind it. Idk which I like better.

  • Dracula is fucking easy to beat compared to the Snes pitfalls version.

  • @DamascusTer TRUE THAT. Asshole would hit you and you would drop and die.

  • @Dralshard I always thought that was why in the Snes one he laughs all the time prior to vanishing, even if he re-appears on you the bastard knocks you off and wastes you. The lowest platform (second from the right) is the safe zone; you can't fall off if you're knocked to the right cos there's a platform behind you. Plus if you have the axe, the fight isn't too bad. No item crush though, it does shit-all!

  • ah HA HA HA HA

Feel true power....RWAR!!! -turns into monster-

    Richter: -shats pants-

  • "ahahahahaha"

  • classic

  • HOLY FUCK YOU!!!

  • I have a question:

Ihave Rondo of blood psp version (Dracula X Chronicles) what kind of version is it?

    (SNES, SEGA...)

I hope this is the snes version...

  • This is the version from Rondo of Blood.

Dracula X was made for super nintendo.

    PC: Rondo of Blood

    SNES: Dracula X

Same story and music but differently designed levels.

  • Alot of different songs, and more of an "explore the dungeon"- gameplay in rondo.

if u want to compare, all stats points out the snes one as a major nerf.

they're basically two different games, except sharing the same background story that you have to save u're girlfriend.

  • yes, because the playstation existed in 1993

  • @Ehal256 u mean ppl heard about playstation or did playstation came out that year

i thought it was between 1994 and 1995

  • @killkenny5000 The comment i responded to said this song was originally made for the playstation. I was just pointing out that the playstation did not exist in 1993, when this game was released.

  • @Ehal256 It did?

  • @Tabuu101 you forgot to mention in dracula x you couldn't play as maria or any other characters, just richter.

  • Nop. This is the pc engine version. In psp, there are the rondo of blood remix and the pc engine version.

    The snes version sucks.

  • the sega saturn ( i guess ) version

  • Still the same version of this game. No changes.

  • its the pc engine version aka the original version the snes version ( dracula x ) is like a butchered version od rondo of blood
