No it is called the internet because it connects all the computers in the world.. you know like a net.
But yes it is supposed to be free, and sites like youtube, facebook and every other major site on the net is free mainly because of commercials. See unfortunately we don't live in a world run on good will, flowers and rainbows, it runs on money. And if it wasn't for commercials and therefore commercials, you wouldn't be able to watch awesome music videos like this one.

It sounds like Elvia but if the lyrics is different its because he likes to write like that...his lyrics are read differently from what they sound like in the song...he not only writes in Spanish but also in Latin to make his fans really think of the meaning of his lyrics and the message he's trying to send out
