They don't want to leave any evidence of them...

yet they weren't wearing gloves whilst touch the car?

If anyone were to actually do this, I'm sure fingerprints would be quite detrimental to the scam.

@tgdrake10 The number plates were fake and they weren't at their own house. The person would be giving any law enforcement teams false leads. "Yeah the Numberplate was *fake numberplate*". Police wont find any car, and then if they give the address, the people wont look the same. Police would probably turn around and say "Stop dicking us around". LOL, but yeah if I ever did this (not that I would), I'd wear gloves anyway.

@tgdrake10 Yes, but before anybody knows it's a scam the car is back on it's real plates and it'd be in the care hire place, so the car is untraceable back to the scam.
