  • As a mommy to a 1 year old I can only say "AWWW :)"

  • The dad sounds like a douche...the nurses don't care what you have to say.

  • Its a cone head baby! Still adorable nun the less

  • What happened to his knee? It was all bloody :(

  • @XxSims3VideosxX Blood from the umbilical cord.

  • Did she tell u she was feeling for his testicles? It seems to me like she was feeling for both femoral pulses.

  • what do those sliver things that were on him do and also i have to say what a cute baby!

  • He's so beautiful!

  • @trishy015 Maybe you don't know as much as you think you do because it's comon knowledge that a baby be delivered skin to skin onto its mothers chest and left there unless there is a serious medical reason why this is not the case. It is nature, it is science and it is fact. I know exactly what i'm talking about and until you research what you are commenting on, I won't speak to you any longer as your ignorance getting us nowhere.

  • he has a bigger dick then justin beiber

  • O HONEY HES A TREASURE ok lets go bury him

  • Someone has a future in the medical field (:

  • Wow! This is a beautiful babyyy!!!

  • Very very cute!! he seems like a happy baby lol ;) i love how hes smiling at 0:23 , and looks so cute and small on the scale!!

  • Future surgeon in the works. He has my vote

  • does it hurt to get the umbilical cord cut ?

  • awwwww...he's adorable, cone head and all!

    God Bless you little one.

  • He shut off the vid right before the emasculation

  • that head is big

  • To the qualified nurse...Can you tell me why in so many of these videos - not this one - the nurses are so rough in their handling of the babies? Please don't tell me that it's good for these newborns. They are so unbelievably frightened by their treatment that I wouldn't be surprised if there's a negative impact in the long run. I have seen a few nurses handle the babies very gently and humanely but so far, it's the exception rather than the rule.

  • Well, the narration for this video isn't as inance as is heard on most of them, but some of the comments posted here are so ridiculous! Perhaps I should reprhrase that to say that the people's need to be heard is what's absurd!

  • Why are the comments so long

  • Thanks for uploading this video, I watched every bit of it. All the time I felt ike baby is craving to be in arms or be covered. We were not conscious enough to record this part but it was nice to see yours though. At 3:03 there is blood on baby's knee. May be it is from baby's chord. Does this make him feel any pain? It is great feeling to be parents. This time always make my goose bumbs stand and I feel like enjoy those ovely painful moments again lol..Lovely. Congrats!

  • His head prob looks like a cone because the most likely had to use a vacuum like thing to help pull him out his head will go back to normal in a few days they had to do this to my fist one.

  • Newborn doctor is more like it! :D

  • I love how he's not all alien looking or anything. I like my babies fat :)

  • Hey, his bday is one day before mine! Awesome!

  • The shape of the head looks more like it was a vacuum delivery, they attach suction to the babies head to help the baby out when the mum is having trouble pushing them out. My babies were born naturally, but had perfect little heads. Cute lil baby, love em all!!

  • baby is adorable, but are his ears supposed to look like that, i am not trying to be cruel at all, just curious because i have a babes on the way

  • leave willis alone!!

  • he gotta big head

  • @lllllllllll10 better question, how do you remember that username?

  • @JMJMad1

    LOL

  • I am shocked by the ignorance of some people here. Babies born vaginally have the cone shaped head because they are pushed out of the birth canal. The baby needs to have their cord properly cut and to be examined and weighed. He likely was on his mom's chest right after birth and then removed to finish getting cleaned up and be examined and then returned to his mom. Unless this was your child don't judge you weren't there. Beautiful baby, congrats.

  • @cakingqueen Umm no. They do not need to have the cord clamped right away. Ever heard of delayed cord clamping which makes the baby get all of it's blood from the placenta and cord? I happen to work at a maternity ward (in Sweden) where there is NO need to weigh and clean the baby straight away! That can be done when the parents are ready for it. And guess what? They usually want to clean their baby themselves!

  • @MrsPoptart77 I wasn't trying to imply that it was done right away. " The baby needs to have their cord properly cut and to be examined and weighed. He likely was on his mom's chest right after birth and then removed to finish getting cleaned up and be examined and then returned to his mom. " Notice I didn't specify how long the baby was with his mom before they cleaned him up? I didn't say it had to be right away but it does need to be done within a few hours.

  • @cakingqueen Well said!

  • lovly.....this is so amazing....congrats

  • thats fucking yanks for ya!!

  • This makes me want to have another baby....

  • Just wanted to know why they place that shiny gold sticker on the babies stomach ?

  • @esther11995 Its to check their heart rate and respirations. nothing to serious just a check on the overall health.

  • he is a hybrid

  • they shouldve left the cord to stop pulsating before.cutting it away from the placenta. and for this stupid person that wants to know why the head is like a cone, babies head aren't one piece of bone but soft bone plates that move going through the birth canal. you think it would be easy getting out a hard skull out of the vagina?

  • This is just me, but his head look strange, is it normal?

  • @TheFallenAngelist Looks like it was from when he was crowning. Most babies look like that

  • All I want to say is that this 3-min old baby is very mature. His eyes keep starring around and show lots of facial expressions!

  • @MrsPoptart77 You don't know nothing about medicin, do you? It's more important to ensure good vital functions of the Baby! The Mother may gets her Uterus and Belly put back together after a section. She just can not take it on her chest!? And if not I'm sure she had it for a while on her chest,...

  • @SuperMetallady Um, actually I am a registrered nurse, and I happen to work at a maternity ward here in Sweden. So YES I do know something about medicine. This is NOT how we treat the new family at "our" planned c-sections. The baby gets put on the mothers chest after the cord is cut (which isn't instantly but after a minute so that the baby recieves most of it's blood from the placenta/cord).

There is NO need to clean up, measure and weigh the baby straight away!!

  • @MrsPoptart77

Your argument is invalid. As long as the basic health procedure is accomplished it DOES NOT matter which step comes first, most people prefer an immediate check up of the babies weight or clean up upon request, you cannot infer that just because the procedure is different from yours at your "Maternity Ward" in Sweden that they are doing it incorrectly. It's okay think your way is the right way, but it's different to think your way is the only way. :)

  • @EllieBelen "Most people" who prefer an immediate check up/cleaning/ measuring-process are obviously not aware of the process that takes place in the mother/baby the hour following birth. Every minute is important!

Read this article by the world-famous obstetrician Michel Odent and understand why: midwiferytoday. com/ articles/ firsthour.asp

Or check out this website: magicalhour. com/ aboutus.html

Conclusion: My argument is not invalid.

  • why does every hospital seem to have those same blankets. The white ones with blue and pink stripes on the end.

  • BEAUTIFUL <3

  • hey thats my birthday

  • NUDITY!

  • HE'S SOOO CUTE!! Makes me wish I had a baby. But that won't be for years...

  • Awwwh.. Happy birthday sweet little baby <3

  • How did I get here?

  • @rucshboy YOU CLICKED ON IT!!!!!

  • he is adorable

  • his bent ear is cute

  • i wouldnt be happy either hes like cover me up and leaaaave me alooone

  • Cone shaped heads are from coming through the birth canal! OMG duh

  • Grow up. Beautiful baby BTW!

  • OMG! That baby is THREE minutes old! He needs to rest on his mothers chest and feel her warmth and love (and she needs him!). He does not need those bright lights, plastic gloves touching him, annoying sounds, a dad not rescuing him back to his mom. He needs to hear his mother's familiar voice and feel her gentle touch.

He most definitely needed the blood that has been stolen from him due to early cord clamping!

  • @MrsPoptart77 after my son was born, the stupid hospital i was at had a rule that the baby had to stay in the nursery for 6 hours after birth. i didnt not see him until then. then, another rule was that he had to stay in the room with me for the rest of my stay. that ment no rest after being in labor for almost 2 days. i wish i could have seen him after he was born. hes 3 now and great.

  • @MrsPoptart77 at least swabing her dirt is needed for the newborn

  • @MrsPoptart77 Really? I believe they are skilled nurses, they know what is best and so does the mother. She had her birth plan I'm sure, she knew what was bound to happen because of the talks she had through out her pregnancy. Doctors don't just up and take your kid they tell you what they have planned. He gets his mom, once his overall health is monitored. Make sure you write this on your own birth plan...

  • @trishy015 If you're going to make comments like this it's best you know what you're talking about first because you just sound like an idiot.

  • @TheMandaxx Hmm REALLY NOW?! and how the hell do I sound like an "Idiot"? I'm not the one calling someone an idiot, lmfao whatever

  • @trishy015 Because you are trying to act big and comment on something you know nothing about. Makes you look stupid. Not saying you are but when you try to be an expert on things you know nothing about, it doesn't really work well for you

  • @TheMandaxx What exactly was I trying to be an expert on? Her birth plan? or knowing that they will take him back to see his mom when they are finished checking him? Maybe you don't know as much as you should.

  • Comment removed

  • @andhellfollowedx Actually you're completly wrong. I'm a nurse and a baby should be delivered straight onto its mothers chest unless it's absolutely necessary. I have had two babies. The first was delivered straight on to me and I bonded instantly. The second had to be resusitated and I didnt get to hold her right away. This meant that for weeks after, although I loved her so much I felt this weird feeling that she wasn't mine. Everything MrsPoptart77 said is right

  • @TheMandaxx But you also have to think, the baby has probably already seen it's mother. Anyway. Why does it matter? It's not our child. We were NOT the nurses and doctors, so how about we let people live their own lives and let them do what they wish with their child?

  • @andhellfollowedx It needs more than just to see her. The way a birth is handled can have an effect on many aspects of a childs life, believe it or not. Also, it's not the parents at fault it's the medical team. I am a qualified nurse and am now studying medicine. It matters because those people are likely to still be doing it now and it matters because all children matter. You don't just turn a blind eye to things that are wrong.

  • @MrsPoptart77 I totally agree! He needs the warmth of her body and to look into her face and search for her nipple. This is awful!

  • @MrsPoptart77

Thank you!! That is exactly how it is done here in Sweden. I was heartbroken when I saw this video. Poor little guy... Well said MrsPoptart77.

  • @OddComeShortly I am Swedish and I work at a maternity ward! :-) Those crazy americans have forgotten what a natural birth should be like. Just look at those frightening tv-programs from maternity wards in the States! huvaligen! :-)

  • @MrsPoptart77 Aha!

Kan tipsa dig om en film av RIcki Lake (the one and only) som heter The Business of Being Born. Fantastiskt bra, handlar om förlossningsvården i USA och hur det finns mer naturliga alternativ (hemfödslar mm) som måste främjas och lyftas fram, annars kommer allt gå över styr... den finns på ett nätverk nära dig.. :-)

  • @MrsPoptart77 Different states do different things. Don't stereotype the entire US based on one tv show.

  • @lovelyxskinny I don't. I've seen and read enough articles and studies and books and more than just one tv-show to understand this. Just the fact that the rate of C-sections in the States is over 30 (!!!!!!) % is saying that somehting is very wrong.

  • @MrsPoptart77 Shut up. The doctors needed to clean him. If you were one you would know. If not, i suggest you take your ignorant comment elsewhere.

  • Congrats!

  • Adorable baby! I have a question though, why does the nurse need to feel for his you know?

  • @xLoliChiDesuu there is case that his testicles are hidden in his body. testicles come to the right plase some weeks before birth. bot in some cases this is not happening and they stay hidden in the body. the doctors tests the baby and if this is happening they do a simple medical procedure to correct the position :-D sorry for my english!

  • 28 people hate bays Dxxx and they should of wiped her

    leg of blood like

  • so cute

  • why is that baby not wrapped in his mothers arms instead of all the exposure??? no wonder hes not happy

  • @schmoonzx My little boy was literally dropped into my arms as he came out and that shocked him into breathing. I was able to hold him for a couple minutes before they had to take him to be weighed and all this stuff that's happening in the video. I got to hold him a little bit more but then his breathing became erratic from wet-lung and he was put in an oxygen rich box overnight in the nursery. Mum gets plenty of cuddles before and after all that testing, don't you worry :)

  • why does his head look like a cone..

  • @lllllllllll10 lol thats what i was thinking then i guessed his dad must be mister cone head

  • @lllllllllll10 Because when babies are born, the skull is kindof soft and has some gaps between the bones. Therefore, if you were to put pressure on the skull, you could actually form the shape of the child's head. But, The gaps close as the bones grow because when the brain grows larger is pushes the bones together to close the gaps. . So it's nothing to really worry about.

  • @andhellfollowedx

    Ohh okay (:

  • @lllllllllll10 99% of babies that are born vaginally have that "cone shaped head" due to the birth canal. It subsides rather quickly, some in a few hours, some in a few days.

  • Comment removed

  • @lllllllllll10 Ask your mom.

  • @lllllllllll10 a babies head gets sqeased out a whole and gets miss shappened a bit it fits itself up after a few days

  • omg its looks just like patrick from spongebob lol but cute

  • @lucygg98 hahahahha lol

  • i thought newborns were supposed to be smaller

and not have cone shaped heads

  • im not trying to be mean but whats up with the baby head ?

  • @cutie97392

When a baby is born, the skull bones are not hardened so the baby can make their way out of the birth canal. So he has a bit of a "cone head" from squeezing out of a small opening. It will change.

  • 3:03 on his right leg is he bledding

  • @sikimber its not..its just when they cut the cord..and i bit of blood from there

  • he's got a pointy head...

  • Circumcision...Foolishness.

  • My birthday is April 30th :)

  • @MrDaMaster2 mine tooo! :)

  • @MrDaMaster2 my is april 20

  • She's feeling his pulses, not for his testicles. His testicles are a bit lower than that!

  • @walker7857 LOL

  • does anybody notice that all hospital blankets that they give you when a baby is born is all the same pattern?

  • He is a brave little boy for holding on to something sharp that close to something that close to his someday manhood. Much braver than many grown men I have seen. And all of 6 pds, 2 oz!!!! My first was much bigger than my second as well. I guess that is because mommy learns to not eat as much on the second child, because she realizes she will have to be the one to lose those extras. LOL ( I know, because that is what occurred to me with my second. ) ;) Congrats and he is beautiful!!!

  • That baby has a huge fucking head

  • thats so cute the baby is already holding onto things

  • i meant PAIN

  • do you think he feels paint when they play with the cord? after all it is attached to the body

  • he's soooo cuteeee!! he's like stop touching my testicles! lol

  • Medical science has shown that there are pluses to having your child circumcised, but if your the kind of person that doesn't support it, then so be it. Saying that the parents didn't protect the kid because they let a "barbaric act" happen to him is silly and ultimately means NOTHING. In addition, medicine has greatly improved over the years in which the baby hardly feels a thing during the procedure (not to mention that the kid won't remember it at all).

  • circumcision is very good for the future.. most men and young boys can get a yeast infection because urine stays on the ring of the penis a skin and is hard to clean when not cut off. most doctors prefer it now for medical reasons sych as the yeast infection. fyi :-)

  • shame the parents failed in their most basic duty in protecting their child from those who wish them harm. Circumcision is fucking barbaric.

  • awwwwwww so adorable ..... i want a baby now :)

  • What a beautiful, perfect baby. Too bad the dad and the nurse are un informed and plan to cut his genitals. It was a sad day for Sean, when the fate of his little boy parts were already written off as unnecessary.........shameful.

  • Horrific. How could anyone hurt their baby by circumcising him? "We still have to do his circumcision" -not. Not one national medical association in the world recommends routine infant circumcision. The sick father here had his most sensitive part of his penis cut off...to make him "match". Seriously, if dad were missing an arm, would you cut his arm off too? Circumcision became widespread in the U.S. in the late 1800's and early 1900's to STOP MASTURBATION!

  • @MsFranny7 No, circumcision was made popular by the OLD TESTAMENT..think it sad that the newborn got a hold of sharp object while several adults in the room, including the medical staff!

  • @oromuisca Christians MUST NOT CIRCUMCISE. It is AGAINST THE NEW TESTAMENT, by which you are bound. See Galatians, especially Galatians 5:12.

    Also,

~Phil. 3:2 "Beware of the dogs! Beware of the evil workers! Beware of the mutilation! For WE are the true circumcision, who worship in the Spirit of God, and glory in Christ Jesus, and put NO confidence in the flesh!"

  • @MsFranny7 but then again in the new testament it says not to ignore the old testament.

  • @lana269969 : sure, we are NOT to ignore the Old Testament, in as much as it is compatible with the New Testament. However, ask your priest, pastor, or any other religious leader..The New Testament supersedes the Old Testament in importance. In other words, the NEW Testament MUST TAKE precedence whenever there is INCOMPATIBILITY. Such is the case for circumcision. Mandated by the OT (which is why, theoretically, only the "jews "must" circ").Clearly, the New Testament is AGAINST circ.

  • @oromuisca

~Col. 2:8-14 "See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men...rather than according to Christ. For in

  • Him all the fulness of Deity dwells in bodily form and in Him you have been made whole.. and in Him you were also circumcised, with a circumcision made without hands, in the removal of the body of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ, having been buried with Him in baptism, and raised up with Him through faith. And...in the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him. . . cross."

  • @MsFranny7 having cancelled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us which were hostile to us. And He has taken them out of the way, having nailed them to the cross."

  • @oromuisca Circumcision was made popular in the Jewish times, BEFORE CHRIST. However, traditionally, Christians must NOT circ. I presume, by your son's name, that you are NOT Jewish. All Christians were intact. Then, Dr. Kellogg (Of Tony the Tiger fame) during Puritan Times was one of the biggest proponents of circ. It WAS touted as a cure to masturbation, precisely because the FORESKIN has over 20,000 nerve endings (clit has 8,000). Cutting it off, so he won't play with it....

  • @MsFranny7 At that time, masturbation was believed to make you gay, go blind, and every other ailment in the book. Circumcision was encouraged to "cure" masturbation. I challenge you to google Dr. Harvey Kellogg and circumcision. His work was published in imp. journals, like the AAP. When it was found that masturbation did not MAKE YOU CRAZY, the good doc$ started to tout it for a variety of supposed health benefits. For years, the AAP does NOT RECOMMEND ROUTINE INFANT CIRCUMCISION.

  • Maybe he heard you were going to mutilate his genitals with a circumcision and he was trying to figure out if he was strong enough to stop it. Of course they tied his arms down when they did slice off his foreskin so he didn't stand a chance. Poor baby.

  • @raincheck01 Yeah, support H.O.O.P. !

  • for all you idiots saying his head is a weird shape...

that usually happens when there is complication in the birthing process and the baby gets stuck in the birth canal, and because they haven't got a joined bone in their skull, their skull molds to the shape of the birth canal.

    i'm 15 and i know that, grow a brain.

he's gorgeous by the way :)

  • I got from how to style wet hair to babies?

  • his head is soooo wierd

  • that baby forehead big

  • Is this Tyler Perry's son?

  • hahaha cone head that was the first thing i saw

  • Ohh how cute :)

  • the nurse was checking his hips not his testicles...they wont desend for awhile ...not all babies born vaginaly have cone shaped heads xx

  • i can already tell he's going to be a very helpful person in future :), Congratulations Pepperman :D

  • Hey My first name is Sean and my middle name is Thomas :D

  • @NAMTRIP Wait a couple of years, then look back on what you said e3e

  • @TheVolcaloidLovahs I dont need to wait a few years,I felt bad enough as it was,so I removed the stupid comment,Theres nothing wrong with this baby,Its just me.

  • @NAMTRIP why would you ever say something like that?

  • Precious wee man....

  • aww he looks so cute

  • "And daddy was nine-something, as you can tell..."

Dude, I was 10 and a half pounds when I was born, and I'm now five and a half feet tall and 140 pounds. Birth weight and adult weight have jack all to do with each other.

  • woah he has bigger balls than me...jk haha

  • Comment removed

  • babies don't see clear at birth...in the beginning they have the most fun just looking at colorful stuff.

Later on they will try to touch it.

But new borns don't have the reflex to grab something like siccors and use it.

  • @1Nayla1 newborns CAN grab at anything near them..they have strong grips if they are healthy, but ,yes can't use scissors..but risk would be that he/she can grab something that may accidently scratch them..good idea to make them wear baby gloves made of cotton because they may have nails that scratch their tender skin..seen that a lot when my neice was newborn & we couldn't cut her nails because ther fingers were soooo little. also they can only see blk & white at 1st, then see color.

  • садисты какие-то, ему холодно и страшно, а такая толпучка вокруг него

  • an alien!!! lol no

  • big firkin cone head

  • How the dad is secretly worried about the cone head...haha...

  • Stop the F ing " blonde" adoration! You racist morons, so what if the baby would came out with brown or black hair? Would you think any less of your own child?! Dumb red necks cave dwellers!

  • @936justme

    I hope you're kidding.

  • @JeffTheRambler Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooope

  • @JeffTheRambler Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooope, blondeness is not the epitome of life on this earth!

  • I'm 5 months pregnant and I was crying so much at this video! I can't wait to see my lil man :D

  • OMG he is sooooooooooooo cuteeeeeeeeeeeee <3

  • human babies aren't cute. very alien like. kittens are so much better.

  • @mamadoenut i guess your not cute o-o
