those are dutch onions i planted some of those stutgarter or whatever theyre called. theyre supposed to keep well.

so you planted the tiny seed onions in fall of 07? and those where spring of 08? did the flowers produce viable seeds ?

@mywootgarden Actually those were from small onions and then they produced seed pods, I am going to be converting that are into a cold box as it get really good southern exposure. TY for the comment I am chceking out your videos now.

oh! so you want to grow onions from seed? ive heard its not cost effective and its space consuming . did you ever collect or try to grow those seeds. oh did you notice any volinteer onions in that space recently?
