@euphratesf Fallout New Vegas is just like Fallout 3, it does have a better story and more sidequests not necessarily better and you can gamble thats about it. Yeah the hardcore mode was fun but the enemies were waay to overpowered atleast in 3 enemies are more balanced and tbh Fallout New Vegas did little to improve things from Fallout 3 it still has the same glitches and somethings are even worse like Longer Loading Screens and lack of Songs.

@fan977 Keep in mind this: Bethesda had four years to develop Fallout 3 (announced in 2004, released in 2008), they only gave Obsidian a year and a half to make New Vegas (announced in 2009, released at the end of 2010). That's nowhere enough time to fix the game engine AND make a game that's twice the size of Fallout 3 (with all DLC, FO3 had 81 quests, New Vegas had over 200), and yet there was still a lot of stuff that had to be cut out of New Vegas for time reasons.
