well that was actully the first time i ever listened to any of his speeches and well i have to say, he didnt say any damn thing that any other politician sais... and that wasnt much at that. He sais what he see's. well lets see what he will do.
He is our next presadent anyway. I say go for barrack!! Go for Mcain. It wont make much differance anyway.
...There are many moral objectives in this world that can only be achieved when mankind is willing to cross the political, religious & cultural borders, and the candidacy of Mr. Obama embodies those elements. America is well equipped & capable of leading the moral journey of the unification of humanity, and Mr. Obama is an annointed soul that can lead America to carry the torch further.
Indiana, all of these United States of America need your help on Tuesday.
Please vote for Barack Obama and help all the wonderful people just like Barney in our country. With Senator Obama's Leadership, together we will change the direction of this country. We need you Indiana!
And what does Bush say about Americans losing their good jobs? He takes a page from Rev. Wright's book and says "God Damn America" and "God Damn Americans"
Wow! Barney Smith. You are my new hero! You and Senator Obama make a great team, and you both explain exactly the same wish I've had for American enterprise and manufacturing to employ Americans and, therefore, benefit our local communities.
This was just great, Mr. Smith! Thanks for speaking for me here in Connecticut where our economy is faltering too. In fact, our local Pratt & Whitney just lost a gov't contract to the European Union based AirBus.
People awke up. LOok at Berny. Thats could be you at 50 yrs old with no job or savings after working in a plant for decades. Berney is luck, at least he got a job. there are millions of people with the same story as Berney.....
its difficult and sad to see your job shifted away and especially at the age of 50. Its difficult because as Bernard smith explained he had to gain more qualifications so that he could be moulded to be suitable to any job and I think people shouldn't always have to do that.
The guy at the beginning is gold. Great idea having him speak. Are you doing this--letting local people start off your rallies--in other places? I hope so.
Excellent introduction Bernie! It is clear that that your concern for your family, your community and your country are foremost in your choice of who will be the next President. Thanks for sharing with the rest of us how "in touch" Senator Barack Obama is with the needs of middle class America.
Barack Obama is a great person and already a great leader, whether he'll be elected as president of the United States or not, although I'm pretty sure he will be ...
However, it will be a mistake if we, the rest of us, expect from one person to do a job that it's supposed and required to be done by the many ...
And I'm reminded what another great leader and American president said:
Barney's story is sadly very common throughout the country. I'd venture to say that in spite of all the heavy hitters who have introduced Barack along the campaign trail, the one done by this very humble man will stand out in his mind for a long time to come.
I cried tears of happiness, that's my reaction to this video, love my country and hope Seabtor Barack Obama will win this election for those one without a voice in Washington (myself included)!
I don't understand why Hillary and all the heavy media (CNN, MSNBC...) are trying all they can to distroy Obama. For the sake of the truth and justice, America has to wake up and stand for the best change that history is offering to the world.
Btw, Clinton does not need a dime to put ads (CNN, MSNBC... are doing it for here.. for free). But Obama needs your support.
Obama has to get some fire in his belly. I know he doesn't want to seem like he is out of control. But he has to cater the stump speech to turn into the people's champ. We know he didn't vote for the war, we know he is not a regular politician, but what is his character. Show us the fight Obama on the issues, Save Social Security, Fight Halliburton, Name Names. You don't have to be like Hillary as who wants to follow a loser? Wake up and Win!
barak stop the rallies and go door to door, plants to plants and meet real people, regular folks, blue colars and connect with them, we need that win in indiana
Honestly...in these hard times, how can we afford to not have a man like this as president. No one else in this election is even talking about making ANY effort on saving American jobs.
