America is at war, so the terrorist from other countries killing civilians in America falls under military, CIA, and the President--- not the US Attorney General.
The real crime is Holder making a discussion for the US Military and the President. Also remember Holder is the person who covered up Ruby Ridge and Waco and thus has shown his incompetence in major cases.
Also who cares what Axelrod has to say, he is a political hack and would agree if Holder pulled down his pants and mooned us.
