Im srry i have no idea what the rules are to fencing... but why are they tied to ropes? Not trying to be rude here, i just want to know.

@MiNDx1er Those "ropes" are actually the wires that hook them up to the machine so that when either one of their blades connect with the other's jacket, his light would turn on. (sorry if my grammar is weird)

@killakay251 it's just a nickname cyrusofchaos kind of 'donned' on Aldo's uber attack in preparation(s) that seem to work for him. Fast footwork, increasing momentum, prep x100, feints x1000, one light: trample attack. Weakness: balls, good counter-time. Most people run scared or get "trampled" ...heh.

montano's trample atttack looks awesome and seems effective against lots of fencers, but not on the guys that do the counterattacks frequently imo...

@Alike1 thats how its staged? because daryl was attacking differently than he usually does and tim won the tournament? tim has a winning record against all three of the people that he fenced against. and did you happen to notice that montano and lopez looked like they didnt really want to be there? they got paid already what did they need to try for? i watched the final, there were a lot of random/accidental touches, it definitely didnt look staged to me

I like this match very match! Homer is doing a very good attack which makes Montano the ex-olympic champion out of idea totally.

The last part Homer really makes his attack efficient and extremely fast.

Obviously the point is that Homer always keeps his arm position high! many fencers are used to putting their arms down, it hides their attemptation but lowers down the speed.

@romamarc well considering that most if not all of the audience is American, it would be pretty stupid to ref in French, especially since a large portion of the audience had never seen fencing before.
