I'm 16 and I've been playing accordion for about a year and a half now and guitar for three and a half years, and it still amazes me that I can play some quasi-fast runs, but I have no idea how you do this. How do you play such fast runs? My fingers just won't move that quickly no matter how many times I do it slowly. Вы самый удивитльный игрок аккордеона! Скажите мне как вы играете очень хорошо! @StaddenMcFadden There is only one way to achieve fast tempo: To practice endlessly. You will reach the so called "plateau" at which point you won't be able to advance much. At this point people throw in the towel. But human nature is wonderful and especially when you are young I can assure you that with time if you work hard you'll advance. Good players are sort of "slaves" to their instruments (not me - I have a full time job in the industry and not much time for music...)

Thanks for the feedback and the kind words. I'm right now at home listening to the original Tony's performance (a CD I got from Amazon:"Tony Murena - fete musette").He plays at 200 quarter notes per minute and my tempo is 212 a little bit faster but not much - approximately 5% faster: I play 163 mesures in 138 seconds and he plays 162 measures in 143 seconds.
