I don't know how much help you need, but if you're not picky about the order of the chords, based on wathcing and my ear (I could always sit down with the guitar and work it out for you) it's capoed 9th fret and in the key of G (sounding key E) and the chords involved sounds to be Bsus4(with a G hammer-on), G, Asus2 and D. I didn't listen very carefully, so there might be some others tucked away in there, but those should get you started.
