I want a honest answer does masterbation make you weaker in any way, also does it cause you to lose that cut up look? [ Dont know the health part about it]
Dom, do you have a specific ab routine, or is it pretty much different every time and dependent upon what you want to do that day? How many days do you work abs? Lastly, what's your current weight? I can't tell if you're getting bigger or just maintaining, but whatever you're doing you're keeping your cuts.
@timebandit125 I take h-blocker as a pre workout, this gives me CRAZZZYYYY pumps!!! After my workout I take 30g of optimum nutrition 100% whey protein with around 70g dextrose. Thats it for the moment, no creatine. My diet is consistent at 6 meals per day 2 of those protein shakes!!!
@Alberigo121 thanks dude!! I have been doing 3 weeks of bodybuilding before i shot this video but I incorporate a lot of bodyweight exercises in to my workout plans and looooovvveeeee calisthenics.
@daredevildom Niice, calisthenics is the way to go! What does your diet look like? Cut out all carbs to get real cut? Always wondered if the Paleo way of eating would be a good idea
