at the moment no , but i look to a better future where i will not lie to myself and stick to the stopping of my bad habbit, and when i stop i will see it through to the end no if's, but's, ooops etc i will stop. But at the moment i'm still comfortable with it sorry !
You don't have to be sorry to me...but you should maybe listen to your video for yourself as well...Very powerful words but will definately be more affective if you'd stopped your own habbit..
It's one of those things sometimes u can give the best advise 'take it or leave it' things to others but when it comes to yourself ....well !!! just as hard, you are your own best friend and yet at some point the worst to boot ! i just hope it reaches to some and makes a difference, but for now when time come 'hopefully' not too late i will do what is RIGHT for ME...so...erm yah....
