I did a little research. It is a big pluss that the Aussy dollar is high. There are afew things that you need to know. I would definately go and see the house beofre buying. I hear that people have been chase off with guns and pit bull teriors chained to sinks. Obviously the pour people who lost every thing are a little upset still. Its no good having a home that no one want sto rent because of the area. Photos show nothing except what the photographer want you to see.
But there is no mention of the cost of accountants, utilities, manager fees, etc, that comes out of the rent, or of money transfer fees/taxes to get the money back into Australia. Todaytonight does it again (its shallow analysis).
