Thx for your movie, it was very helpful.I will try another approach on my orbiter by filling the gap with some special cement that will dry in 10 minutes.. giving me time to model it perfectly.

I have another question for the internal orbital doors.I can't see a way to make them move so I don't see the point in mounting them altogether.The big outside doors.. are barely holding and I don't think that I can make them open/close as I want, so I have to choose one position from the very start ?

@raduboboc Hey! No problem and thanks - this was the first time I tried to build a model since I was a kid. I found with the inner doors that they didn't need to be glued in they just fit into the slots - but kind of loosely and not in a satisfactory way. Everytime I would open the outer cargo doors they would either stick or flap kind of loosely and sometimes fall off altogether. In my case, I just took out all of the internal stuff and filled it with an explosive charge and blew it all up :)

Did your Orbiter had a defect near the front windshield?

Hi, yes the window wouldn't fit in properly and looked fake anyway. I was using it for a special effects sequence in a short film. So I used overhead projector transparency instead and put the decal on that.
