It was really hard to rank because every Dream Theater Album is Amaizing in so many different ways, but i think it would go something like this: 1. Images and Words Ofc! 2. @marioluigiplush I happen to like albums from Metropolis Pt 2 - Black Clouds more than Dream And Day - Infinity as they seem more heavier or epic to me, but Important songs from those earlier days for me would be A Fortune In Lies, Ytse Jam, Only A Matter Of Time, Pull Me Under, Another Day, Take The Time, Metropolis Pt 1, Under A Glass Moon, Caught In A Web, Erotomania, The Mirror, Lie, New Millennium, Peruvian Skies, Hell's Kitchen, Lines In The Sand and Trial Of Tears, everything else later

There are so many songs on that album I don't Like... 6:00, Caught In a Web, Innocence Faded, Erotomania, Lie, Lifting Shadows off a Dream... Ironically, their best song is on their worst album, Space-Dye Vest :)

Lol wtf. Really, all of the songs you mentioned are brilliant, and SDV is really nice but obviously not their best song. In fact, I think it's one of the weakest in Awake.

Awake is a damn good album. Scarred is epic, Caught in a web is awesome and of course Space Dye Vest is very good, but it's not the best of DT or the best in the album.
