Second, like it or not, the fact is Bush relied intel from the world community and feels that Iraq was a threat to the U.S. because of the fears of terrorism and Saddam's past noncompliance with 1991 ceasefire agreement that ended the First Iraq War of 1991. Any violation of a 1991 ceasefire gives the U.S. right to resume hostilites.

He is a great man. Being President can't be an easy job. As much as I think Bush was a horrible president and lead the U.S. into tremendous turmoil in terms of the economy and global relations, I have to admire his sense of humour and his ability to poke fun at himself. It takes a lot to be able to do that so he definitely deserves some respect for that.
