@rainerlein Steroids believe it or not were actually barred by the IFBB at that time, they were actually testing for them. Needless to say that it didn't last that long

I think bodybuilding peaked in the 80's, for one the bodybuilders payed attention to proportion and shape and not just getting huge. In addition there was more hype and a more exciting and entertaining aspect to it.
