There is a quest near the unicorn that tells you to kill the thing and take its horn. At first I didnt kill it, it had become my horse, than an imperial guard decided to chop up my Unicorn!

It doesn't like it when you draw your weapon or fists near it. It also doesn't like it when you kill stuff near it. Also, if you hit it, it'll fight you.

Honestly, the Unicorn is an asshole. I got it, but the fucker keeps following me when I fast travel. It wont stay put. I don't want it dying, but if it keeps following me, I'll lose it. And you can't ride it near certain NPC's because they'll attack it for some stupid-ass reason.

@WEEDfalloutUFC its for the Hircine shrine quest. go to the shrine of hircine which i somewhere between bravil and the imperial city. offer a bear or wolf pelt and the Daedric Prince will tell you to kill the unicorn. then when you have the horn go back to the shrine and summon Hircine again and he will reward you with The Daedric artifact "Saviour's Hide". which is a light armor with the encantement of 25% resist magic.

there is a better way to get the daggers! make a guard angry then do "resist arest"

he will of course follow you! lure him to the arcane uneversity or something like that! then go threw the gates and make sure he go threw the gates after you! the mages in the uneversity will attack him to help you! when they done that they all got a bounty and every guard that will see them directly attacks them! mostely the guards kill 2 of them so you can take much daggers!

Umm not sure if you have had a reply yet so I'll do it :P to get into the arcane university go to all your local mage guilds and ask for a recommandation after you obtain all of them you will be allowed to enter. as for the helmet you need to complete the fighters guild storyline and the helm is yours :P
