Dude I know how you feel. I was stuck for 3 days trying to defeat the goblin army, I just beat it today.

I like it how the goblin sorcerers teleport IN the spiky balls and die immedietly lol

I did this with silver broadsword, iron armor. The key is simply location location location. I found a place where the archers could hit me, the mages would teleport close to me (and if they didn't, I'd block their shots), and the ground troops could get to me. Every once in a while, I'd jump down and cut down their soldiers, but for the most part, just threw shurikens and knives.

@deathdragon1987 I do too, those were good times. it's kind of sad how the goblins got MORE mobs for their army, and still suck. The LEAST the could do, is like double the number of mobs or something. goblin army sucks now.

as you have already passed the first boss, make more fire arrows ... are better than the standard x =

And if you've got a gun, it was to have picked up a stick of mana too) <

hint, you can go after corrupt farmed the shadow armor ...

kill the eye +2 times

then make a worm food, and kill the Eater of Worlds

kill enough it

after that, try to get the double jump (cloud in bottle)

obsidians farme to make the obsidian skull, get a hook and 3 chains joining a hook that you can piranhas.

don't do a hardcore lets play. its bullshit. once you activate hard mode, the game is more bullshit than anything. you wont survive even with the Nights Edge. its BS and I wouldnt waste my time if i were you.

@GeorgeNippleton I have Adamantite Everything but Greaves armor and the Sword and i still run into some bullshit. look at what i said to iambrett33. maybe im just being too risky. or im not using the right weapons. i dont know. dont get me wrong, i like the game still and im gonna conquer it (again). it's just, a lot harder. especially with the fuckin Potion sickness. at least make it 30 sec, not a full minute. but whatever. guess you're just better than me. but im not bad at the game.

@ieojembola Weapons and strategy is key. Btw, Excalibur rocks. With the Hallowed Armor, it rocks even more. It will slaughter enemies in seconds.

@Essentia2 Excalibur and The Hollowed set is my goal. i have all the swords and most of the armor, but i need the souls of might. the destroyer isn't gonna be easy. i want the full adamantite. ihave the minishark. the Mega Shark requires soouls of might XD i plan on getting even more bullets and then fighting him. hopefully, i'll kill him. just have to see...

@ieojembola The destroyer is easy, provided you have some heart statues or you are good at farming the probes it launches, and you have enough potions and ability to heal.

Just take your favorite weapon--megashark/minishark/cr­ystal storm--and run straight into its body and fire away like crazy.

To harvest souls, harvest some 50 or so meteorite, run down to underground corruption/hallow and place them. Kill the meteor heads for quick souls.

@iambrett333 that's not the fuckin problem. i have the Adamantite Helmet and Mythrl Curias and Greaves. Adamantite Sword and Lancer thing, Mythrl Drill. Im good, but the enemies are bullshit. a fuckin Chaos Elemental can teleport ON TOP of you. thats bullshit. and there are an inordinate amount of enemies sometimes. OP enemies that require a billion hits with the 2nd best Sword in the game(i think). so no, I'm good at the game. there are just bullshit situations that i get into.

Your trident would have been a good weapon to use. My first goblin army was just as disastrous as this so I understand the dying many times :P. I still use the pit method which saves me a lot of time which I use to focus on killing those annoying archers. The guys in the pit can then be taken out with grenades or spike balls. Harpoon is also a good ranged weapon to use.

i seriously cannot believe that your channel's name is terrariahelp, you have 20k subscribers, and you don't play terraria except for let's play recording ? ! ! !

not to be mean or anything, but 17 episodes makes around 4 hours of gameplay and people usually obtain high pre-hardmode items by that time, at least all the golden set items.

You know, once upon a time when my character was as weak as yours, what I did was hide inside my house, block the doors and use vilethorn to kill the swarming goblins outside. The only thing I had to worry about was the sorcerers popping up in my home all the time.

Perhaps it might aid you.
