i got one of these sitting out in the back feild. i got to get that old girl running again. i miss her. she used to be used to pull out the spray riggs when they got stuck in the furrows. this gave me the drive to do it bye bye.
Wow , I put in many , many hours out working on one of these back in the 70s , ours had mud guards on the back wheels and it didnt have a turbo charger . I have never seen another one since . I remember the gearing was rather tall and anything over 1st in high range was mostly out of the question .
another example of british engineering which the agricultural world wasnt ready for! along with county roadless etc they used ford skid units until in my opinion ford waited until all the teething probelms were sorted and then built them for themselves i maybe wrong but....
